・外出時など、客室が無人になる場合は充電をお控えください。

・直射日光の当たる窓際や、ベッド・シーツ・カーテンなど燃えやすい素材の上での充電はお控えください。

・充電中は、お客様の目の届く場所でご使用ください。

※客室清掃時に上記のような状況が確認された場合、安全確保のため、スタッフが充電を停止または機器を移動させていただくことがございます。

Incidents of overheating and fires involving power banks and other lithium-ion battery-powered devices have been reported.

For your safety and comfort, please follow the guidelines below.

・Please refrain from charging devices when your guest room is unoccupied.

・Avoid charging in direct sunlight (e.g., near windows) or on flammable materials such as bedding or curtains.

・Please keep devices within sight while charging.

*If our housekeeping staff find devices charging under these conditions, they may stop charging or relocate the devices for safety reasons.
